In this role, you'll work closely with our project managers, architects, and engineers to develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates. You'll also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying potential cost overruns, and implementing cost-saving measures to ensure project profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates using tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential cost overruns or schedule delays.
• Conduct regular cost analyses and prepare detailed cost reports for project stakeholders.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Implement cost-saving measures and recommend improvements to project processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide cost advice and support to clients and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the M&E and construction sectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E Quantity Surveying, with a strong background in cost estimation and project management.
• Proficiency in using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other relevant software tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards, regulations, and practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid professional certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CQS) is a plus.
