Nezda Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Healthcare Representative to join our mission-driven team. In this hybrid role, you'll bridge the gap between healthcare providers and global patients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction. With the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Indonesia, you'll contribute to our growing international healthcare network.

As an International Healthcare Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for international patients, providing them with accurate information about medical services, facilities, and treatment options. You'll also coordinate with local healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience. This role offers the perfect blend of remote work and in-person engagement, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the global healthcare landscape.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for international patients, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information about medical services, facilities, and treatment options.
• Coordinate with local healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and a positive patient experience.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain international patients.
• Manage patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our healthcare services through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide exceptional service to our international patients.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the growth and success of Nezda Technologies by leveraging your expertise and experience in the international healthcare market.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Healthcare Administration, International Business, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the international healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as well as other relevant languages.
• Familiarity with healthcare software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Certification in a related field, such as Certified Healthcare Administrator (CHA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
