🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Choral Conducting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a choir director or choral conductor.,Strong knowledge of choral music literature and techniques.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects.,Proficiency in using musical software and notation tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international choral music traditions.,Passion for music and a commitment to community engagement.
