Your daily tasks will include creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing one-on-one coaching to our store staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver Mandarin language training programs to enhance communication skills among retail staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia content.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to improve retail operations and customer service standards.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to individual staff members.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future programs.
• Collaborate with store managers to align training programs with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in Mandarin language (HSK Level 5 or higher preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with training software such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
