📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and clients.,Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives.,Plan and schedule training sessions, including selecting trainers, venues, and materials.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and resources to trainers to ensure the success of training programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with the HR department to ensure that training programs are integrated into the overall employee development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on project management.,Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs for a diverse range of audiences.,Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in training and development.
