📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons for students of varying ages and proficiency levels.,Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the specific needs of the students.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their English language skills.,Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.,Participate in school-wide events and activities to promote the English language and culture.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.,Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.,Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to express themselves and take risks in learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching, Education, or a related field.,Native or near-native proficiency in English (fluency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing).,Proven experience in teaching English to young learners (ages 5-12).,Understanding of the Indonesian educational system and the local context in Papua.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to a multicultural environment.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications as required by the Indonesian government.,Experience in using educational technology and online teaching platforms is a plus.
