In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance the overall student experience at our educational institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of student needs and expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the student experience across all touchpoints.,Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.,Identify and address student concerns and feedback to improve campus life and academic programs.,Organize and oversee student activities, events, and programs that promote personal growth and development.,Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and community partners to build a sense of community and belonging.,Monitor and evaluate student satisfaction and engagement through surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student experience and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in student affairs, higher education, or a similar role.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and educational technology platforms.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and education system is a plus.
