In this role, you will be responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.,Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential vendors.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in procurement and contract management.,Provide guidance and support to junior procurement staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and contract management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract administration.,Proven track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements in procurement activities.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.,Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
