📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial records and transactions.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Manage the payroll process, including preparing payroll reports and ensuring timely payment to employees.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to relevant authorities.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior or managerial role.,Proven track record in financial management and reporting.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAPOracle).Financial analysis and reporting skills.Payroll management experience.Tax compliance knowledge.Audit and review experience.Strong organizational and time management skills.
