📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up materials to Board members.,Manage the Board's calendar and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed.,Coordinate with the Board Secretary and other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations during meetings.,Handle incoming and outgoing communications for the Board, including emails, phone calls, and letters.,Assist in the preparation of Board reports and presentations for meetings.,Maintain and update the Board's contact database and other relevant administrative records.,Provide support to Board members during meetings, including taking notes and assisting with logistical arrangements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures for the Board's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word.,Familiarity with board governance and meeting protocols.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
