📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development and promotion.,Train and mentor sales teams to ensure they meet performance standards and deliver exceptional customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
