📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure they meet the company's standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all financial targets, including sales, profit, and cost control.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
