📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management and customer service.
• Support sales teams by analyzing market trends and customer data using Salesforce.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product expansion and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present reports using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your management and leadership skills.
• Contribute to the development of store layouts and product displays to improve customer experience.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, consumer products, or a similar industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
