Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our sales and marketing efforts.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients' needs are met.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role.,Proven track record of success in managing key client relationships and driving sales growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and data analysis tools.,Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.,Fluency in English is a plus.
