📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Manage inventory and supply chain to optimize costs and availability.,Lead and mentor junior staff to foster a productive work environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
