📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and virtual private networks (VPN).
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Monitor network traffic and security events in real-time using tools such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems and network monitoring tools like Wireshark.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, including malware infections, data breaches, and unauthorized access attempts.
• Provide security awareness training and education to employees to promote a culture of security and reduce the risk of human error.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure the effective implementation and enforcement of security measures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance our security posture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on enterprise network security and risk management.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies.
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies, including SIEM systems, vulnerability scanners, and network monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound security decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and meet tight deadlines.
