As a Hydraulic Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting hydraulic components and seals to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Inspect hydraulic components and seals using various quality control tools and techniques.
- Conduct tests and measurements to ensure products meet specified standards.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality control records.
- Identify and report any quality issues to the manufacturing team for resolution.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.
- Train and mentor junior quality control inspectors as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in using quality control software such as SAP Quality Management or similar.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
