📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the ship-to-ship transfer activities, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and local port authorities.
• Coordinate with vessel operators, port authorities, and logistics partners to plan and execute ship-to-ship transfers efficiently.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure the safety and security of all maritime activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of maritime professionals, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, shipping lines, and cargo owners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental and safety regulations.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote best practices and network with key players.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime operations, with a focus on ship-to-ship transfers.
• Proven track record of leading and managing maritime operations in a high-stakes environment.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS.
• Certifications in maritime safety and security, such as ISM, ISPS, or STCW.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
