📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue high-potential affiliate partnerships.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Create and maintain comprehensive campaign reports for stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to the affiliate marketing team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong focus on Facebook.
• Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing affiliate campaigns.
• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms like CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Linkshare, or ShareASale.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
