As an Accounting Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing our financial processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support our business growth. You'll work closely with our finance team, using tools like QuickBooks and SAP, to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 accounting staff, ensuring they meet their performance targets and develop their skills.
Oversee the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines, working closely with our tax advisors.
Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to improve financial processes and controls.
Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends and technologies, implementing best practices in our financial operations.
Provide training and support to the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
