📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they understand and uphold company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Prepare and submit accurate sales, payroll, and expense reports on a regular basis.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management, accounting, and basic computer skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in food safety or management are a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required. English proficiency is a plus.
