📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.,Ensure that the store meets all sales targets and KPIs.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior retail management role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
