📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations, and assist with tax planning and preparation.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements to regulatory bodies.,Manage and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and tax laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, tax, and finance, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
