Byte Cloud Unggul is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that is easy to understand and follow.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure they meet quality standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides.,Provide support to customers and users through documentation and other resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with Markdown, HTML, or other technical writing formats.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
