📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of healthy meals using fresh ingredients.
- Assist the head chef in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring meals are served on time.
- Stock and manage kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure meals are visually appealing.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve kitchen skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fitness or wellness center.
- Familiarity with basic kitchen tools and equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and sanitation.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy cooking techniques is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
