The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage stock levels and orders.,Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and compliance.,Manage warehouse equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.,Handle inventory audits and ensure accuracy of stock records.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
