📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.,Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.,Analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Manage a team of distribution staff, providing guidance and support.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong understanding of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
