📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging, interactive ESL lessons for students of all ages and proficiency levels
• Create and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, and other teaching materials
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their English skills
• Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement new teaching strategies and materials
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in language education
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information
• Adhere to Mison Ltd's policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
• TEFL or TESOL certification, or equivalent teaching experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Ability to create and deliver engaging, interactive lessons for students of varying ages and proficiency levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom)
• Willingness to work part-time, with flexible hours, in a remote-friendly environment
