📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and workers.,Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and other relevant documentation.,Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges on the construction site.,Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for the project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus.
