📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, including hardware and software issues.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.,Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.,Work with IT team to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.,Good problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.
